Her yoga teaching includes intermediate Vinyasa-based sequences that can be tailored to any ability, beginner to advanced, as well as Restorative and Yin yoga for those who are looking to slow down and become more in tune with their body and mind. Janelle became a Reiki practitioner, completing her first and second degree of the Usui System of Reiki Healing with Shelley Grande in Portsmouth, NH. Janelle's therapeutic style stems from the belief that one must connect with oneself first and foremost, in order to be fully present in life and within relationships, and that spending time in the present moment can free the mind. br>"Yoga heals the whole being and the world." - Janelle
