Her yoga teaching includes intermediate Vinyasa-based sequences that can be tailored to any ability, beginner to advanced, as well as Restorative and Yin yoga for those who are looking to slow down and become more in tune with their body and mind. Janelle became a Reiki practitioner, completing her first and second degree of the Usui System of Reiki Healing with Shelley Grande in Portsmouth, NH.
